Inaugural Cornwall wellness festival hailed a huge success

The inaugural Constantine Wellness Festival has been hailed a huge success after bringing together local people for a powerful day of movement, creativity, nourishment, and community connection.

Held in the heart of Constantine at the Tolmen Centre, the festival welcomed visitors to enjoy a packed programme of fitness classes, creative workshops, breathwork, sound baths, inspiring talks, treatments, a wonderful array of stalls, and delicious local food—all designed to support physical and mental well-being in an uplifting and inclusive environment.

The atmosphere throughout the day was described as heartwarming, with attendees praising the warmth, encouragement, and sense of belonging created by the event.

From strength sessions and yoga classes to slow stitch workshops, art therapy, massage treatments, and opportunities to connect with local wellness businesses, the festival created a space where people could move, learn, relax, and celebrate together.

Organiser Hannah Horlick said the feedback following the event had been overwhelming.

“We wanted to create something that brought people together through movement, joy, support and wellbeing—and the response completely exceeded expectations,” she said.

“There was such an incredible atmosphere throughout the day.

“People left feeling energised, connected, and inspired.

“It was amazing to see so many people supporting one another, trying new things, and genuinely enjoying being part of such a positive community event.”

Visitors described the festival as “uplifting”, “inspiring”, and “exactly what the community needed”, with many already asking when the next event will take place.

The festival also showcased a wide range of Constantine-based wellness practitioners, fitness professionals, artists, creators, and charities, shining a spotlight on the thriving health and well-being community within the village and the surrounding areas.
