Since Nutrition Month ngayong July (abot pa!! hehe), ang kakainin kong mga pagkain sa mukbang ay mga fruits, vegetables and other healthy options. I includes the benefits of eating these foods and some extra stories in-between. I hope you like this video!
Being healthy means being free from illness and eating healthy means eating a variety of foods. Hindi lang palagi gulay,need mo din ng carbohydrates like rice and breads and need mo din ng protein like fish, eggs and meats. Mahalagang alagaan natin ang ating sarili (self-care 2020!!) lalo na ngayong may Pandemic. Part of self-care is eating food that are good for you and you body. Stay healthy sa inyong lahat at keep safe! We’ll get through this,okay? 🙂
