How to.make immunity booster ‘Kadha'(Decoction)
Ingredients-
1. Tulsi leaves(Holy Basil leaves)- 5-10 leaves
2. Adrak(Ginger)- 1 inch piece
3. Haldi( Turmeric)- 1 inch piece or 1 to 2 teaspoon turmeric powder
4. Giloy(Guduchi or Heart leaved Moonseed)-1-2 inch stick
5. Ashwagandha(Indian Ginseng)- 3-4 small roots sticks
6. Mulethi or Yastimadhu(Cultivated licorice)- 1 inch stick
7. Kali.Mirch( Black Pepper)- 5-8 seeds
8. Laung(cloves)- 4-5 cloves
9. Dalchini( cinnamon)- 1 stick or 2-3 small sticks
You can also add Ajwain( carom seeds- 1 teaspoon) to this kadha.
Crush all the ingredients with help of mortar and pestle(khal- batta or khal-musar)or make a paste with help of mixer-grinder.
Boil all these ingredients in 2 glass water in a pan on medium to low flame for 10-15 minutes. After 15 minutes, strain kadha in your cup or glass with the help of tea strainer. Sip hot and enjoy the refreshing kadha. You can use the used ingredients once again. Drink this kadha one to two times a day(Morning and evening time). This will keep you away from cold,cough or fever and will also help you to fight against the deadly covid-19 disease. This kadha also helps to cure complications occured after viral diseases like joint pain, weakness, laziness etc. So try this kadha and boost your immunity and save your and family members life.
