I haven’t been a real consistent use of vitamins for hair growth until six months ago when I returned to relaxing my hair. I purchased the Natures Bounty vitamins myself so the past six months, and these are my thoughts and experiences. In this video I am about ten weeks post relaxer and relax every 12weeks with ORS Relaxer in “normal.”
