This workout is a great combination of cardio and strength training to keep you engaged, help maximize fat burn and build lean muscle. All while soaking up some Vitamin D and cooling off in the water. Grab a friend and do this workout together. Make sure to have fun with it. Also, don’t forget your sunscreen!! 😉

50m Swim
4 rounds –
15 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pull
10 Pushups
5 Pool Burpees
100m Swim
