Easy supplement to give you the vitamins needed to stay healthy. Easy to swallow capsule
Worked great to get rid of a cold/cough I had been battling for almost 2 weeks. I noticed the difference the next day, after taking a total of 4 capsules.
Have not taken this long enough to know if it helps with strengthening my immune system. I have only given it 4 stars since I dont know how it will work yet.
