How to Actually Boost Immunity against CORONA VIRUS:-

1. Drink heat water throughout the day.
2. Practice Meditation, Yogasana, and Pranayama.
3. Increase the intake of Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander and garlic.
4. Drink tea or boiling of Holy basil, Cinnamon, Black pepper, Dry Ginger and dried fruit.
5. Avoid sugar and replace it with carbohydrate if required.
