There are a lot available in the market as a supplement for a good immunity. But artificial can never stand with natural sources.
Body can’t just depend on medicines and can’t live longer with artificial sources.
Diet :
Diet plays a huge role in Boosting Immunity.
Eat Healthy, Fresh, home cooked food instead of having junk foods from outside.
Try avoiding frozen food and have freshly cooked food.
What to eat??
Freshly cooked food at home.
Including;
Colored fruits & Vegetables.
What are the food which has a good immunity boosting property:
All Citrus fruits / Vitamin C Rich food.
Lemon
Orange
Papaya
Grapes
Green leafy vegetables.
Fresh fruits.
Roots such as Carrot.
Garlic
Ginger
Honey
Mint
Tulsi
Black pepper etc.
How to eat :
Start your day with a glass of warm water . Squeeze a lemon in that and have it.
Do not skip your breakfast and try eating on time.
Have a healthy breakfast which contains all the essential Vitamins, Proteins, fats, carbohydrates, Minerals.
Lunch should contain good amount of fibers, Roughage.
Dinner should be very light and try to finish it at the end of sunset.

Keep yourself Hydrated through out the day.
Water flushes out toxins from the body and acts as a best medicine.
Vitamin C plays most important role in Boosting Immunity.
eg : Lemon, Orange, Papaya, Grapes and many more… All the Citrus Fruits contains good amount of Vitamin C
Try having a complete Balanced Diet ( Diet which contains all the essential nutrients in right proportion)
Make Herbal Tea (Green tea) at home
Boil a cup of water. Add Tulsi leaves, Mint Leaves, Black pepper, Clove, Pinch of ginger, Honey & Giloy.
The above mentioned ingredients can be taken alone or can be taken together as a healthy drink/tea.
Drink Turmeric Milk. Boli a glass of water add a teaspoonful of Turmeric Powder and take it. It acts best to fight against pathogens.
Have 2-3 Clove of Garlic early in the morning with empty stomach.
Take a teaspoonful of ginger juice and add half teaspoonful of honey. Have it with warm water whenever you have cough of cold. You can have it in the morning with empty stomach or before going to bed.
Life Style Modification :
Complete 8 hours of sleep. Because complete sleep reduces stress and our Brain calms down and works best.
Try going to bed little early and getting up early and for sure complete 8 hours of sleep wake cycle to function energetically through out the day.
Workout :
Start your day with Walk/jogging or any other physical activity which you like.
Exercise makes us healthy and fit and boosts our immunity.
Any kind of workout such as Yoga/Pranayam/Exercises etc. plays a good role for a healthy immune system.
