A few of you have so kindly requested more skincare content. So here is the first of a series that I want to start and I figured we can begin with makeup removal 101. I wanted this video to be short and more relaxing, so there’s some French-esque café music with no talking!
Making sure that I remove my makeup in its entirety is one of the most important ways to help keep my skin clear and supple. Although this routine can vary in products, I always gently double cleanse with an oil based balm or cleanser, followed by a hydrating cleanser, so as not to strip my face of its natural oils. I use really gentle massage while applying product and patting motions while drying so that I can minimize abrasive tugging as much as possible. In addition, I’ve found that it’s really important for me to listen to my skin, instead of using the same products daily. Extra dry? Sunburned? Breaking out? Here are some cruelty-free products my skin was craving today:
BYBI’s Swipe Clean Oil Cleanser:
Osea’s Ocean Cleanser
PMD Beauty’s Clean Pro Rose Quartz Brush
Derma E’s Vitamin C Micellar Cleansing Water
Fourth Ray Beauty’s Chamomile Face Milk
Sunday Riley’s C.E.O. Glow Vitamin C + Turmeric Face Oil
Derma E’s Hydrating Eye Cream
Be kind. Be safe.
xoxo
