INGREDIENTS:

Black pepper- 6
Cinnamon 2″
Ginger 2″
Black kishmish or munakka 6-7
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Giloy stick or kwath1.5tbsp
Tulsi leaves11-12 or 1/2 cup Tulsi juice
Water -2 glass
Honey n lemon juice as per requirement

METHOD: Crush all d ingredients except honey n lemon juice. Add all d crushed ingredients into 2 glass of water keep in flame. Let it boil for 5 minutes , turn off the gas. If fresh tulsi leaves are not available then now is time to add tulsi juice. Strain d kadha, now add honey n lemon juice as per your taste. Plz consume the kadha when hot.
