1. Wash moong dal properly
2. Soak 1.5 cups moong dal in 4-5 cups water for 8 hours
3. Transfer soaked moong dal into sprout maker (available on Amazon.in) and keep it for 12 hours
4. Check after 12 hours for sprouts and decide if it needs to be kept for longer
Sprouts are one of the best foods for immunity boosting. It’s not just an immunity booster but also low in fat and very filling.
