In a large sauce pan with a lid combine all ingredients and simmer until Kale is soft
1 Bag 365 Organic Chopped Kale
1/4-1/3 Cup of Lemon Juice
12 whole peeled 365 Organic Garlic Cloves
1 can of quartered Artichoke Hearts-Juice and all
2-3 tablespoons of pepper
dash of salt (optional)
3/4 cup of water
1 tablespoon organic capers (optional)
