These are the supplements I take on a daily basis. This is after quite a bit of testing, using myself as the guinea pig. I would definitely recommend 5-HTP for those who want to feel good every day. Saw Palmetto is usually used for hair loss and an enlarged prostate (I use it for hair loss, but hey… in the future, that second problem may become present). Melatonin is great for getting a full nights rest, but it isn’t absolutely essential (I just like it). The daily vitamin isn’t the best and I wouldn’t recommend this generic brand. I’m going to be getting a different brand/pill-type once I run out.
