IMPORTANT!!! This slide presentation offers tips from personal research and experiences to help people fight this novel coronavirus. If you have symptoms, check with your doctor for advice. Consider to also consult with your clinic’s nutritionist to see what nutrients can best boost your immune system.

In my experience, I have had the best chance to reduce bacterial and viral infections by working quickly to fight EARLY symptoms with immune-boosting nutrients and actually oil of oregano, “Oregnol p-73” seems to have helped the last two years as I’ve tried this also. As I mention in the video, exercise, and good sleep at the right time are important also for a strong immune system, I have learned.

Based on listening to Sharry’s presentation on YouTube “SoundHealth” channel, I am hypothesizing the notes in the music in this video might tend to be more helpful than not in the case of this virus. Turn it down if it is bothersome. (I understand that Sharry suggests waiting 20 seconds before turning off a bothersome tone or song, so it doesn’t have a homeopathic effect.)

For alternative, “massage-for-the-soul, “calmer music that you can test to see if it is helpful to combat this virus, I can suggest “Craig Linden” YouTube channel, and the song’s “West,” “First Attraction,” and “Independence Day.”

I have taken a college class in nutrition, and two semesters of Anatomy and Physiology. As is mentioned in the video, the book “Prescription for Nutrition” has some recommended amounts of nutrients and info about immune support herbs. Since everyone’s body and circumstance is different, it is wise to consult your doctor, your clinic’s nutritionist, and/ or a pharmacist about new dietary changes and before trying supplements or herbs.

If someone knows they tested positive for COVID-19 and are checking with their doctor (realize you and God are also primary physicians) and wants to participate in research to see if some music might help: Here is a link to Jill Mattson & Sharry Edward’s “Frequencies for Defense” album with tones hypothesized to possibly help symptoms to get better to a lesser or greater extent. If one’s breathing is deeper, pulse relaxed then keep listening. If not then stop listening after 20 seconds. To possibly participate in an official research check with

If anyone wants to get a $40 or more microphone as suggested in the website one can also participate in a free test of your voice notes for hypothesized nutrients. This can be then given to one’s doctor for checking into the hypothesized low and high nutrients, minerals, and toxins.
