Before schools reopening in September, we need to make sure our strong immune system is as strong as it can be. We need to do anything in our power to feel healthy in the midst of the coronavirus (covid_19) outbreak in Ontario.
Ontario has released a reopening plan and schools will be open by September 8 and all we can do is to ensure a healthy diet for our kids, teenagers and ourselves.
