My productive morning routine started when I had to deal with the anxiety of quarantine and the wave of changes that now required super-human focus and productivity levels to plan a new career path.
The gym used to be my escape – my one place to de-stress and without it, I was afraid I would fall into too much stress, little productivity, and give up on my health and nutrition goals altogether. I didn’t want this routine to be productive – I wanted a healthy morning routine to make sure I also stayed strong mentally and physically.
I know 5 am may be a bit early for a lot of people – but whether you choose to wake up at 5, 6, or 7 – the concept remains the same: plan and establish habits that will build up over time and move you towards your goals.
