I started taking two a day after my daughter got sick with flu and I did not get sick. My wife and other daughter took it but not consistently and they caught a mild case of the flu.
What conclusions can be drawn from that? Probably none. Now my family takes them regularly and none of us have caught COVID-19 yet as far as we know. Neither has 99.5% of other people in the Charlotte, NC area.
So I really cant tell you if taking these gummies will prevent you from getting sick, but I can tell you they taste…

My younger 14 year old daughter looks forward to taking these every day and has asked me if she can have more than two. So because these are candies keep out of reach of children who may ingest too many.
Too much zinc can cause adverse effects. If two years go by and I still havent caught COVID-19 then I will consider raising my review to 5 stars.
I believe in these. I get them stocked at my house. I am a nurse and I have been blessed so far by not getting the flu or cold while taking these. I take two a day.
I love elderberry and this is a great and delicious way to boost my immune system.

My daughter and I have been taking these just once a day and we’ve both escaped several rounds of viral illnesses going around both work and school. Seems to be doing a good job since I’m normally one who gets anything and everything going around.
