This is a continuation of my last video on how to strengthen your immune system and kill any type of virus including Covid-19 by following new 14 tips.
After a deep research on the topic, I concluded that in order to stay healthy and virus free you must take personal and conscious responsibility over your health first by boosting your immune system naturally, secondly by following strict and good hygiene habits and other preventative protocols.
What is Corona Virus?
Experts define Corona virus as microscopic malicious and infectious microbes. It is a group of related viruses that cause respiratory tract infection syndromes. That ranges from mild to lethal. Mild versions of the virus also known as Rhinovirus is commonly found in the common cold. While the lethal version causes SARS, MERS and COVID-19. The virus consists only of a genetic material called (DNA OR RNA) covered by a protein shell without out a living cell. Once it managed to get inside the human body through the nose, mouth or eyes. It targets the lungs at the cellular level, Eventually it takes over the host cells, shut them down and transforming them into reproducing more viruses infecting other living cells and so on. How to kill or prevent infection of corona virus:
The followings are new additions of expert recommendations, guidelines and techniques to kill or prevent corona virus infection by boosting the immune system and improving on specific hygiene habits.
1. Fast between 10 -18 hours continuously whenever you can.
2. Drink plenty of hot fluids as often as you can.
3. Eat hot food and spices like, chili pepper, garlic, black pepper, turmeric, ginger, onions daily.
4. Eat organic citrus fruits and green colored vegetables daily like oranges, lemons, kiwi asparagus and broccoli, etc or multi vitamin supplements.
5. Eat a lot of nuts and seeds as often as you can.
6. Have at least 1 cold showers/iced baths every other day.
7. Expose your body to the heat of the sun 20 minutes daily.
8. Do sessions of slow, deep and conscious breathing daily.
9. Meditate as often as you can.
10. Expose yourself to breathing clean air most of the time.
11. Stay far away from polluted and toxic environment most of the time.
12. Have inhalation sessions of hot water steam. Preferably with garlic, cloves or eucalyptus essence oils if you have problems with your respiratory system.
13. Allow more air ventilation indoors as often as you can.
14. Expose your clothes to the heat of the sun or water when cleaning or drying them if you think they are contaminated.
