Im also drinking a lot of elderberry, elder flower, and echinacea in my teas, along with delicious osmanthus to break up my congestion, and Kiva manuka honey UMF 20+ and UMF 15+ to kill my sinus infection.

At that time, I found some elderberry liquid at our local drugstore and began taking it immediately, as did my daughter. Since I was too late for Tamiflu by the time I was diagnosed, I had to solely rely on elderberry to help with symptoms.
