The super powders I mention are:
Baobab, Amla, Chlorella, Wheatgrass, Cacao (not in smoothies but sometimes in berry smoothies).
What I also recommend:
Spirulina, Maca, Moringa, Ashwagandha, Camu Camu
You can also start with a mixed green powder – but get one with only about 5 ingredients or so. If it has too many ingredients then it is such a small amount.
Remember – you DO NOT have to buy all of these – it is about starting somewhere.
