It is difficult to notice any results from the OSCAP. However my naturopath loves this product, and highly recommends it for my health needs. I will continue to take it on her say-so.
Our doc took us off dairy and added this product. My brain is healing and I am beginning to get off of anxiety meds Ive taken for 14 years. My chronically constipated son is healed.
