I have not been ill with any cold or virus for the past 1.8 years. This is only because I adopted key habits that strengthened my immune system and maintained my health. In this video I explain what these habits entail. If you want to fortify your immune system, I recommend taking cold showers, consuming vitamin C powder and sleeping longer, amongst other key habits. I am not a medical expert, however this routines certainly worked for me, and could help you protect your health!
