Have been looking out for ways to better your health/ immunity?
I have been doing that very seriously for the last few months.
And here I am sharing my finds with you!

The effort has been to go as natural as possible. To take more natural forms of nutrition than over the counter supplements.
So here are a few changes I made to my lifestyle.

1. Starting the day with ‘Bael’ powder in warm water and honey, instead of tea or coffee.
Tea or coffee, taken first thing in the morning, disturbs the acidic and alkaline balance in the body while Bael juice acts as an excellent natural detoxifier.

2. Carrying Jamun Juice for my workouts.
Great for improving my blood count, loaded with vitamin C and many other medicinal and health benefits.

3. Mixing Raspberry powder with my yoghurt for my sugar cravings.
Loaded with minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. Protects against many diseases and has superb anti-aging effects.
