The only vitamins I ever actually consume on a daily/semi-daily are…gummy vitamins, because theyre just like candy! (What can I say? Im pretty much just a big kid at heart.)
These taste just like fruit snacks, so I definitely dont mind taking them every day! I will say that Im not used to having a daily serving size of 6, and these are a little pricey in my book (itd be ~$20/month if I took them as directed).
But these are very tasty, and I like that theyre free of high fructose corn syrup, synthetic flavors/colors/sweeteners or preservatives.

As per other reviews, I buy the larger adult vitamin bottle for my daughter and give her just four gummies. She gobbles them up because they taste good.
I like that they have more bioavailable formulations of the vitamins.I even helped myself to some of these vitamins on a recent trip abroad when I didn’t have my own.
I’m normally not a gummy vitamin fan, but these go down easily and don’t hurt my stomach.
These gummies taste like candy. Im not kidding or being paid to say that either lol I actually enjoy taking these every morning. The dont leave that weird chalky feeling in your mouth that other adult gummies do.
They dont taste like medicine and the bottle is huge! !
Its nice to have gummy vitamins for adults. These taste pretty good and appear to cover the basic vitamins and minerals, plus some extra goodies like fish oil.
Only thing is the serving size is six of these, and sometimes I just dont want a mouthful of chews. That said, still better than the swallowing kind.
