Ingredients :

For Stuffing :
• Red bell pepper (Rich in Vitamin C, Beta Carotene, Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Magnesium, Iron)
• Green bell pepper (Rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Magnesium, Iron)
• Sweet Potato (Rich in an antioxidant called Beta Carotene)
• Garlic (An immunity-boosting superstar which contains compound Alliin that helps in fighting against cold and flu)
• Onion
• Green Chilli
• Refined Oil
• Salt
• Curry Leaves
• Turmeric Powder (It help bolster the immune system by increasing the immunomodulating capacity of the body)
• Tomato (Rich in antioxidant vitamins – Beta Carotene, Vitamin C, Vitamin E)
• Carrot (Rich in Beta Carotene)
• Almond (Immunity Boosting Nuts)
For Dosa :

• Moong Dal
• Whole Moong Dal
• Arhar Dal
• Urad Dal
• Chana dal
• Oats
• Salt
• Black Pepper

For Chutney :

• Groundnut
• Garlic
• Green Chilli
• Curry Leaves
• Lemmon
• Oil
• Salt
• Black Mustard Seed or Rai

Method

For Chutney :

• Grind roasted groundnut, 4 cloves of garlic, green chilli and salt. Then add lemon juice to it.
• Heat a vessel, add oil, rai, jeera seed, whole dry red chilli, curry leaves.
• Let them sizzle and then add it into the paste of groundnut.

For Stuffing :

• Dry roast almonds in the micro mode for 10 seconds
• Add 1 tablespoon refined oil to the container and microwave for 10 seconds, then add curry leaves, chopped garlic and onion, chopped green chilli. Microwave for 10 seconds.
• Add sliced red bell pepper, sliced green bell pepper, grated carrot, chopped tomato, 1 pinch turmeric powder, 1/2 tablespoon salt, 1 pinch sugar and boiled sweet potato. Microwave for 2 minutes.

For Dosa :

• Moong Dal, Whole Moong Dal, Arhar Dal, Urad Dal and Chana dal are soaked in water for 5 to 6 hours. Then grind them into a smooth paste.
• Mix three tablespoon powdered oats, three tablespoons of dal paste, 1 pinch black pepper powder, 2 pinches of salt
• Grease Pan / Container with oil and put the batter into it. Spread it in a proper way and put in micro for 20 seconds.
• Then add stuff at the Centre and roll it from both side and twin after cooking 10 seconds and cook more 10 seconds.
