In this video i share my experience with covid 19 , what are the covid 19 symptoms , treatment and vaccine ?

I forgot to explain how my sister got in contact with covid , basically she was working at a job so she was exposed to the covid 19 !

How i got covid 19 ?

My sister started showing the symptoms of covid 19 first , then i also started to show the symptoms of covid 19 , symptoms were , headache high fever loose motion weakness loss of smell and taste difficulty in breathing , cough , cold .

we took the local medicines but they didn’t helped , the doctor said to do a covid 19 test , blood test and x rays , so we did the test after 2 days we got the results saying that we are positive for covid 19, we also did covid 19 test for the whole family and it came out that me my sister and father were tested positive , after that BMC came to sanitize our house , then we were told to be home quarantine , but as we didn’t had separate rooms , we went to a nearby covid oxygen centre provided by BMC !

Treatment at covid oxygen centre me and my sister age group 20-30 ?

At the centre , they took our blood test and ECG then we were given medicines shown here morning and night , also since we had difficulty in breathing they also gave us oxygen ,
after 2 days the doctor told us too take this medicine fabi flu , 9 medicines at a time 5 times gap morning night , 4 days , on the 3 day we were also given blood thinner injections ” warfarin ” each day for 5 days , the reason for taking this injection as per doctor said us was to prevent blood clots . we had to buy this injections and medicines , were not provided by goverment .

after 6-7 days we started feeling better , the symptoms were gone , they took our blood test , covid test and xray and it came out to be normal and negative , then on the 12th day we were discharged and told us to remain quarantine for 14 days !

Treatment for my father age above 60 ?

father was having difficulty in breathing , after 2 days his condition got worse and doctors adviced to shift my father to nair hospital immediately , so we moved him form centre to nair hospital , after 3 days at nair hospital his condition was getting worse , oxygen was dropped , so they shifed my father to icu , were he moved to the clinical trials of the injections ” remdesivir ” , this injections are given 5 times per day , after the second injection he started to feel better , he was in icu for 14 days , and more 7 days in hospital after that they did the covid test and it came out negative and was discharged .

Post covid Symptoms ?

once we came home we had extreme weakness in our body , this symptoms went away after 2-4 days , 15-16 days later i started to get muscle spams in my body , and after contacting with doctor and doing test , he said it was because of calcium and vitamin d deficiency , he gave some medicines and i started to feel better after 10-12 days !

My Thoughts on covid 19 !

1. if you are having any symptoms , consult a doctor , wear a mask at home and avoid contact with family .

2. stop watching news about covid 19 , they will just give you more stress , the more stress you will take , the more time it will take for you to recover !

3. if you have covid , take a lot of rest , and don’t think about it , just take your medicines and proper rest , do some meditation .

4. after covid very important to take rest for atleast 1 month .

5. if you can home quarantine make sure you are consulting your doctor , if you are having any problems , i will say its better to stay in covid centre so that you are under observation and also protecting other family members

6. again , dont take a lot of stress and think about what will happen ? just relax and meditate
