Hey guys!
So today, I made a quick video featuring one of my favorite things, Acerola. If you’ve never heard of Acerola, it’s a shrub or a small tree fruit in the Malpighiaceae family. It is also commonly know as “Acerola cherry”. It contains a high amount of Vitamin C and is typically very tart/sour. I think it’s absolutely delicious in smoothies and juices. I really hope you try this recipe out, and let me know what you think! You can always substitute out the berries for any other ones that you like, such as blueberries, blackberries, etc. You can also sub the Acai juice for Pineapple, Peach, Orange, Coconut water or even plain water.
