How to strengthen immunity?

3. what is the goal?( Coming out of the problem)
and
4. what is the technique to come out of the problem?
Patanjali says breathing is the way to chain the mind or through breathing one can control or channelize the mind.(YS- 1-34)
“mano vrtti norodha ” – mind can not be stopped but it can be channelize towards right direction so that all the complications can be avoided and mind becomes strong enough to handle all kinds of situations.
This video focuses to improve lungs capacity as well immunity. Transformation can not happen in a day or two and we should not expect to see the changes in a day or two, the greatest success comes by practice, practice and practice, Patanjali say “Dirga kaal nairantarya ” practice should be long period of time with faith,devotion and conviction.
Please practice these two pranayama techniques three times in a day on empty stomach.
