TEAM EFFORT BY FOUR NABHA AYURVEDIC DOCTORS
Our effort is to depict Self Care and Immunity Boosting Measures in COvid 19 CRISIS as issued by Department of Ayush.
We have tried to depict it in an interesting way so that message is imbibed by public.We have also tried to psychologically uplift the public.All the measures are applied by our family in daily routine.
The immunity Boosting Measures are
1.Drink warm water throughout the day.

2.Oil Pulling(Gandush).Take one spoon of warm Coconut /Sesame oil in Mouth.Keep it and move it in mouth for 2 to 3 minutes and then spit out and rinse mouth with warm water.

3.Nasya- Put Til(Sesame)/Coconut Oil/Desi Ghee one to two drops in both nostrils daily.

4.Daily at least 30 minutes practice of Yoga,Pranayama and Meditation.

5.Have 10 gram of Chawanprash daily .
Diabetic patient should take Sugar free Chawanprash

6.Have Golden Milk Daily.
Put half teaspoon of Haldi in 1 cup(150 ml)of milk and boil it and drink daily.

7.Use Haldi(Turmeric),Jeera(Cumin seeds),Dhania(Coriander) and Lahsun(Garlic) while cooking food.

8.Consume Herbal tea once or twice a day.
To make Herbal tea.
Boil Tulsi(Holy Basil),
Dalchini(Cinnamon)
Shunthi(Dry Ginger)
Kali Mirch(Black Pepper),
Munakka(Dry Grapes) in water and consume by adding Gur(jaggery) or nimbu(lemon) as per taste.

9.Take Steam of Pudina(Mint leaves) or Ajwain(Carrom) Daily.

10.If there is irritation in throat or dry cough, consume laung powder(Cloves) with Gur or Honey.
