I explain the difference between a whole food product and a synthetic made vitamin. Most synthetic made vitamins are not bioavailable to your body (meaning your body can’t absorb them), you pee out the money you are spending, and it is an isolated form. Also, I talk about the key ingredients to creating a healthy lifestyle change. The best thing is to start with where you are at and what is practical for you to do.
