I am a 52 year old natural body builder. I have been body building for 38 years. At 22, before immigrating to Canada from the Ukraine, I worked as a personal trainer and competed in amateur bodybuilding events. At the age of 52, after losing 62 pounds, I started to compete again. Last year I entered 4 competitions and won 13 medals. My biggest achievement was winning my pro status with Ultimate Fitness Events (UFE) in two categories (Body Building and Men’s Classic Physique).
