What is meditation?
Meditation is nothing but effortlessly bringing your awareness and attention to your body and mind using your breath leading to a calm and relaxed state of mind. In our day to day life, we are always multitasking and dealing with various emotions which drains you leading to a buildup of stress in your body and mind. A short break and this 5 minutes meditation will not only have a calming effect on your mind but will also bring positive change in your health and immunity.
