I really like this supplement! It is a great addition to a healthy diet! The capsules are a little smaller than standard size and easy to swallow. There is no discernible taste or odor.
It’s easy to swallow. I have severe hair fall. So I want to have some supplements to help my hair growth. This product contains biotin which is well known to promote hair growth.
Hope it works. I have taken it for 2 weeks. Feel nothing but a bit placebo effect. I wish I could have more hair to grow.
These capsules are actually filled with a variety of different powders that have a slightly bitter and sour smell. Since I opened one up for a photo I thought Id mix it with some water.
OK, if you like grass milkshakes you may like the taste. Not that it matters since you swallow the capsule. Anyway, do these do anything for me? Who knows.
Ive been taking Centrum products for ages and like them. I dont get enough fruits or veggies so anything that helps is good.I dont like the smell, and if you squeeze them too hard some of the powder will leak out – makes me sneeze.
