I like this alot. Im better at drinking my vitamins instead of swallowing pills. Thats why I also love Spark. I like that this has Folic Acid, Magnesium, and Vitamin D which Spark does not.
I drink both and Im okay with that. I did not give five stars because it could taste a tad bit better, maybe a little sweeter would help but its not deal breaker.
I will continue to reorder over and over again.
