While it can also be obtained from dietary sources or supplements, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is synthesized in the human skin from 7-dehydrocholesterol upon exposure to ultraviolet-B (UVB) radiation from sunlight.

These Type 2 Comets (other space rocks) are fossilized Organs of Titanic Dragon creatures , They’re all loaded with Transition metals, and the Type 2 Comets sublimate nicely, but the microbes trapped in the carbonacious dust drifting to Earth, may lead to health effects for humans. The dust from these Comets etc. may even be part of a greater Panspermia Program, humans may not know about. 😉
