I like this particular supplement because it has so many healthy benefits. All the flavors I have used are good but tangerine is my favorite.
The title says it all, dont wait till you get a cold, as soon as you get that first sniffle, grab a packet of these buddies I call them and pour a half a cup of water so it wont taste so bland.
