If you wanna lose weight and burn fat efficiently (cutting) you better raise tour protein intake considerably while moderately eating carbs and just a little healthy fats. While if you wanna bulk and gain in some considerable muscle mass you should get in your normal daily protein intake while increasing your daily carbs and a little of healthy fats (20% of the total calories)
