ayurvedic kadha for cold and cough , kadha for corona
Ingredients of Kadha for Immunity :- ( Quantity per person )
Black pepper: 4 pieces per person
Clove: 2 pieces per person
Cinnamon sticks ( 3-4 sticks) or powder 1/2 tablespoon
Black cardamom ( badi elaichi) only 2
Dry ginger powder: 1/2 tablespoon
Basil ( Tulsi) leaves: 8-10 leaves
Use honey or jaggery as per taste
Desi Ghee: one tablespoon
Once Ayurvedic Kadha is ready we can make Ayurvedic Tea with the same
preparation. Mix lemon juice and tea to Kadha and Ayurvedic Tea is ready.
