During this Session We tackle a Military Grinder Fitness Test designed by the U.S. Marines.

I will be the first to say this workout looks easy on paper until you start to do it! This was our second attempt at this workout because our first time was cut short due to our camera. However, we were happy to challenge ourselves again and get this done for everyone!

We also made up a ROOKIE and INTERMEDIATE version of this session so everyone can train with us! Let us know which version you choose and let’s get this work done!
