It’s true that the food that we’re eating is using its nuclear to value the weight on the weight strands
ordered and the way we store and cook it.
Unless you’re buying your produce from a local farmer’s market and taking every precaution to store
it effectively and consumed by cooking on medium heat and obviously not cooking it there is almost a
loss of close to 50 to 70 percent nutrients in your food.
There is another issue 60 percent of Gary’s come from processed foods for Americans.
The reality is no different than in the rest of the world.
Factory foods are highly processed and offer very little or no nutritive value.
It’s very simple.
The companies that manufacture these processed and fast foods reliance is on taste and convenience and
obviously how much profit they’re owned by the end of the day.
And that’s why I personally think dietary supplements are necessary.
But they can never ever completely replace a good balanced nutritious diet.
I get scores of e-mails from people telling me that they are consuming 80 grams of protein from powder
and only 20 grams from food.
They tell me that they don’t like eating veggies and they and will they be able to fulfill their macronutrients
by just popping a multi-vitamin.
Bill Of course not.
I do understand.
No one likes to eat the veggies but do you know that there are so many compounds and phyto nutrients
that still haven’t been discovered yet.
Supplements don’t provide that.
Eating a balanced diet with most of the calories coming from unprocessed foods like fruits vegetables
whole grains quality protein like eggs or dairy not seeds coconut oil and so forth is very very important.
And no pill no pill can ever replace this.
