Exersize regularly. Regular exersize lowers your risk of developing chronic diseases, as well as viral and bacterial infections.

Stay hydrated. Water helps your body absorb nutrients and minerals.

Moderate alcohol intake. When you drink high amounts of alcohol, your body is too busy detoxifying your system.

Don’t Smoke Cigarettes. Smoking interfere with growth and function of immune cells.

Wash hands and decrease your exposure to bacteria, viruses and germs.
