This is a nutritious healthy fried rice which you can enjoy with your family. This is a really good meal for kids as well and definitely they gonna love this.
I have used eggs, cabbage, onions, carrots and some curry leaves in order to prepare this fried rice. I have chopped curry leaves, garlic paste and ginger paste, so that their flavours will mix together very well.

You can add some beans, onion leaves and even some broccoli in to this fried rice. By the way, I would like to eat this fried rice along with spicy chicken curry and some boiled vegetables. So that one single plate will provide sufficient nutrition for an individual.

– Fiber ( from carrots, curry leaves and cabbage)
