What do you mean by Physical Fitness ?
Physical fitness is one’s ability to execute daily activities with optimal performance, endurance, and strength with the management of disease, fatigue, and stress and reduced sedentary behavior.

Why you need to stay fit ?
Staying healthy physically can help you stay healthy emotionally too. If you’re eating the right food and keeping fit, your body will be strong and help you to cope with stress and also fight illness. Eating well and exercising often when you’re a teenager will also help you stay in good health later in life.

How everyone can stay fit ?
Exercise Daily for at least 20-25 minutes as per ACSM Guidelines i.e 150min per week
Eat the Right Foods and Portion Each Meal. No matter how bad your stomach is telling you to go for candy over healthy food, try to stay away from sweets.
Be Sure to Get Sleep for 7-9hr daily

Wakeup and live a healthy life.
