The scientific & medical literature has now thousands of reviewed publications about Covid 19. I (Dr Judy Ford) studied many of the most recent to look for factors that influence people’s risks of resisting Covid and/or becoming very ill if they contract it. You can’t influence your genes but you can improve your resistance by some simple dietary changes and sunlight. Being female gives you some reduction in risk as does blood group B. The disease is highly influenced by the ACE 2 receptor gene and by a person’s level of Glutathione and their Vitamin D status.
