Twisting – 15 x 2
High knees – 15 x2
Side jump – 15 x 2
Twisting with knee up – 15 x 2

Main routine πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈπŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈπŸ’―πŸ’― πŸ”₯ πŸ”₯

Outer knee crunch – 15 reps x 2 (each side) πŸ§—β€β™€οΈπŸ§—β€β™€οΈ
Alternate toe touch in plank – 15 reps x 2 πŸ‚
Jack plank – 15 reps x 2βœ…βœ…
Burpee – 15 reps x 2 πŸ€Ύβ€β™€οΈπŸ€Ύβ€β™€οΈ
Abs extensions – 15-20 reps x 2 πŸ€½β€β™€οΈπŸ€½β€β™€οΈ

Resting time between each exercise – 30-45 Sec
Resting time between Set – 10 Sec
