Ingredients:

Sugar
Vegetables
Oyster sauce
Cooking oil
Dried prawn
Garlic
Ginger

Procedure:

Chopped garlic
Rinse well the vegetables
Slice ginger

Cooking:

Fry vegetables with hot oil in a wok
Add some sugar and oyster sauce
Cook about 2 minutes, Keep stiring until crunchy, dont overcooked, Done..
