Equipment needed – yoga mat , 2 filled water bottle (1 ltr each) or 1 kg weight each and water !
Day 16

Hamstring curl with shoulder stretch – 15 x 2
Feet tall with arm stretch- 15 x2
Jumping jack – 15 x 2
High knees – 15 x 2
Main routine ποΈββοΈποΈββοΈπ―π― π₯ π₯
Biceps curls – 15 -20 reps x 2 π§ββοΈπ§ββοΈ
Hamercurl – 15 -20 reps x 2 π
Preacher curl – 15 -20 reps x 2β

Sit ups with weights – 15 – 20 reps x 2 π€ΎββοΈπ€ΎββοΈ
Crunches with weights – 15-20 reps x 2 π€½ββοΈπ€½ββοΈ
Resting time between each exercise – 10 Sec
Resting time between Set – 30-45 Sec
