Your WHITE BLOOD CELLS are your army soldiers that will ATTACK VIRUSES, BACTERIA, CANCER CELLS & other things that don’t belong in your blood, they knock them out. 3: VITAMIN D – The Sunshine vitamin. Get exposure to sunlight everyday for 20-30 minutes, if you cannot see the sun take a supplement of vitamin D everyday. 1000 to 2000 IU per day.
3: SLEEP – rest and recover. If you don’t have enough sleep your immunity will suffer. 7-8 hours sleep is essential.
4: VITAMIN E – This is fat soluble meaning it is found in fatty foods such as nuts and seeds. However, it is an antioxidant but only have one handful per day. Don’t go wild on the nuts.
5: LYCOPENE – found in tomatoes 🍅. EAT MORE FRUITS & VEGETABLES & less fat for healthy white blood cells to attack those viruses.
