Come exercise with us 2020! I think 2020 has really challenged us to be intentional and creative with how we get our exercise in. We are hitting the trails early on a Sunday morning. Getting our vitamin D and getting our heart rate up. This trail is so beautiful, our stopping point is a bridge overlooking a railroad track. Exercising is physically and mentally healthy. On the way back Bobby and I talk through what I consider a childhood trauma. It took us about an hour to complete this workout.
