we didn’t touch all of the workouts like back and abs workouts because even though we call it ‘everything day’, we have to rotate the workouts and rest that part of our bodies out but that’s basically how our ‘everything day’ at the gym looks like. the supplements i use during the periods i workout are whey protein shake and vitamin c. comment down below if you have any questions 🙂.
